Get familiar with different aspects of group management and practical methods that help develop your own group management skills!
In this training, we examine our own pedagogical practices as educators through practical examples, exercises, and reflection. The focus is on developing a preventive approach and on managing the group and setting boundaries through a positive lens. During the training, participants will gain a thorough understanding of the key elements of group management and explore how the learning environment and their own practices can be adapted to best support the group.
Objectives of the training
- Strengthen participants’ understanding of the key components of effective group management
- Offer practical methods to enhance participants’ ability to manage a group of children in everyday situations
- Provide concrete tools that participants can directly apply and further develop in their own work
- Strengthen participants’ understanding of routines, boundaries, safety, and interaction as part of a preventive approach to group management

- Addressing and managing challenging behavior & handling conflict situations
